Groton Housing
This project involves major reconstruction of four existing wood frame structures. Significant demolition, jacking, shoring, concrete and structural wood framing were required to return these buildings to sound condition.
Historic considerations have played a significant role in the re-construction of three of these buildings. All four buildings have new roofs, insulation, doors, windows, interior and exterior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as new water and sewer systems.
