UVM Building 1003, in historic Fort Ethan Allen, Colchester, Vermont is a careful replication of the wood framed office quarters that once stood on this site.

Summit/Catamount, as successful bidder on the project, worked with the Architect and the Owner's team to construct a new building 1003 which meets all current codes, while matching its predecessor and fitting into the neighborhood.
