Construction
of a new facility for Courtesy GM, including showroom including
showroom, office, parts department and state-of-the-art service
garage involved demolition of an existing structure, new foundations
and structural steel frame.
Finishes include EIFS exterior walls, large showroom windows and
doors. Interior includes storage mezzanine and firewall. Extensive
site work included sewer pump station and large new and recycled parking
areas and driveways.
