Summit Construction Company, Inc. is a mid sized
General Construction firm headquartered in Berlin, Vermont. We
have been in the general contracting business for fifteen years
and are licensed to do business in Vermont, New Hampshire and New
York. We are a Vermont business with Vermont employees and Vermont
Subcontractors.
Summit’s work history consists primarily of
commercial projects ranging in size from $5,000.00 to 1.9 million
dollars. We occasionally do larger residential projects for
commercial customers. We do new construction and renovations,
including historic renovations. Our work has included schools,
stores, prisons, hospitals, fish hatcheries, restaurants,
insurance companies, colleges and Manufacturing facilities.
